The presentation was well delivered with very good contents and informative for educators and parents in this digital era. It is an eye opener for those who take technology as main source of teaching.

Yesterday I was in a time crunch to complete a certificate for a new job role and had a little trouble with receiving the correct information for the study. Debbie took the time to chat to me over the phone about the learning content and explained everything clearly, easily and respectfully! She was kind, patient and understanding, helping me to better understand what I needed to do for a successful completion of the tasks.
I felt clearly understood, respected and calm (as I was quite panicked when I called her) by the end of the call.

I would like to see more reference to family Day care settings, as being a sole educator, procedures are often a quite different.
